We loved how the kitchen was fully furnished and how it was very nice to be able to have the option to cook while having all the comforts of home. Your establishment was one of high quality and it showed that the area was well cared for, from the beautiful grounds to the upscale rooms. One of my wife's favorite times was sitting on the balcony in the mornings and in the evenings it was very comfortable and refreshing.
The pool and hot tub were very relaxing; the temperature of the pool was perfect. We loved relaxing at the luau BBQ by the pool and we WILL be recommending your establishment for anyone considering Kauai Hotels.

The Villa was incredible, exactly as advertised. Sally was a tremendous help, the beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and coolers being on property for check out saved us lots of time and money for that matter. The pool was just out the back door and was fantastic. A good time was had by all. Thank you again for all your help with this last minute trip.

When we got to the condo at about 1 am, my wife opened the door and started raving about the beautiful condo. How cool it was that we could open the door with a code. How large it was. How nice the bathrooms were. How it had a full kitchen. How it had extra bedrooms so that we could have our whole family here. How she wished that our whole family were there to fill up the condo. How wonderful it was to have a full sized washer and dryer. How there was a hairdryer and an iron and an ironing board and a fully stocked kitchen. She loved the five-panel glass doors and how they all opened to the lanai. How she loved the lanai. How beautiful the fresh flowers were.

I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful serene welcome. By the way, Leonard loved the chocolates and I of course loved the flowers! Lastly, the beautifully wrapped CD and book left us speechless. In today's times, quality customer service is something that tends to be few and far in between. Our recent stay at The Villas was exceptional. The accommodations were outstanding and we had very good experience with all the staff ....Sally, Johnny, and Ann. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. When we arrived at our Villa, we walked into a small piece of heaven. Everything was perfect. Soft Hawaiian music was playing, beautiful fresh Hawaiian flowers on the granite counter top, and the A/C was on for us. Sally introduced us to the 'goodie room' where there were beach umbrellas, chairs, coolers, boogie boards, and even children's sand toys. This was a very nice amenity which we enjoyed using every day. The condo was very clean and comfortable, nicely furnished, and included a well equipped kitchen. Sitting on the lanai in the morning and enjoying the Hawaiian peacefulness and beauty was very relaxing. The most difficult part of our vacation was saying goodbye to The Villas. We are already planning our vacation for next year and will be returning to The Villas at Poipu Kai. Mahalo to everyone for making our vacation so nice

The Villas at Poipu Kai is the best kept secret on Kauai. The villa we stayed in was simply amazing. It was extremely well-appointed, from the very large flat screen tv's & dvd player, brand-new washer & dryer to the gourmet kitchen that contained every amenity you could possibly ask for. Anything you could think of in a kitchen was available - there was even a pressure cooker! There was ample space spread out across the villa: a large living & dining room, entryway, island kitchen, outdoor lanai, 3 very spacious bedrooms, and 3 marble bathrooms with massaging showerheads! The main bedroom also had a walkin entryway leading to an exquisite bathtub with generous space for 2! It seemed like no expense was spared in the unit itself. From our living room and directly in front of our lanai was a private pond with a gorgeous waterfall... Breakfast out there each morning with the sounds of birds, water, the scenery... truly an incredible experience! And the villas themselves are a 2 minute walk to the tennis courts and only a 4 minute walk to Poipu Beach! The walk itself was appreciated by all of us as the grounds were expertly maintained (highlights being gorgeous birds of paradise flowers, banana trees, swaying palms!).I almost forgot the pool and jacuzzi (with its own waterfall), 2 5-burner gas grills and a very relaxed setting to enjoy a private, sunset dinner with the family! Forget the Grand Hyatt Marriott or Sheraton, surprise your loved ones - If you ever come to Kauai, the Villas at Poipu Kai is the place to be!

This place was amazing! We had stayed at the Hyatt several times before but felt like we needed more room now with kids. I didn't want some older, run-down place so did a bit of research. We were not disappointed one bit. It's not right on the beach, but within walking distance which is totally fine. The furnishings are gorgeous. They were very accomodating and provided us with a crib. The washer/dryer in the unit also came in handy and I love the AC. We will be staying here again the next time we come. Thanks for a great stay!

This facility was a five star address, from the stylish designer kitchen to the lovely views off the top floor lanai. Viewing the ocean, sunsets, rainbows, the beautiful pool and the well manicured grounds was an everyday occurrence. What continued to impress us was the friendly, professional, but warm attention to detail given by the onsite staff.From the General Manager to the Grounds Superintendent, they cheerfully met our every need. We would recommend the Villas to anyone looking for a memorable experience on Kauai.
